I have decided to fully reflash the phone, I have done this before and worked ok. Flashed to global 1.2 and then the new emmc, however on boot a screen comes up with lots of squares on it. I did notice on the flashing of the emmc that it didnt come with complete

Any ides of help?

Flash it again, sounds like you rebooted the phone after you flashed the global 1.2 FIASCO image and the eMMC. It should not reboot inbetween.

To not reboot do I just take the -R of the end of the command for the 1.2 FIASCO image?
