I really dont know how to elaborate further, or what to do, i dont want to warranty replace but i can if i have to, its only one month old. I definitely did not abuse the touch screen, it is in perfect condition, no scratches no blemishes.
For the computer scientists out there (read devs i guess) the touch screen issue i am experiencing is basically like it only registers the mouse down, but never the mouse up event. Therefore a click never occurs and all i can do is just press something. It allows me to scroll the desktop, but since i cannot mouse up, i can never cause the desktop to switch to the next screen. strange behavior indeed, i hope its now a faulty touch screen, but please inform me if this is a known issue.
p.s. there is no screen protector on my device, it is stock hardware.
