Are you sure it's fake? The hardware looks authentic. Try flashing PR1.2 onto it? Best scenario is it's been loaded with a Chinese OS.

Oops just seen the website, "N900 Style" so it is unlikely they will have to accept a refund, though they will be breaching patents and such of Nokia which could go in your favour...

yeah i know about the designed in finland thing but the under battery sticker and the one on the outer box say its made in finland , also my old nokia phone is made in Hungary and it has the 03 in IMEI.
