The diNovo is nice but much larger and probably heavier than the Apple btk. It was in my hands and then I put it away because I saw the price tag.... Almost twice as expensive and a lot of unusable gimmicks.

Just a reminder, anyone know of a PS/2 or child USB adapter to bluetooth, so a common wire-keyboard can be attached to a bluetooth interface?

This seems to be an often asked question, and the common reply is, no, such a thing doesn't exist, and if it did it'd probably cost more than a bluetooth keyboard.
I'm hoping that someone finally manages to fully enable the usb host functionality in the n800, so you can plug an usb keyboard.

Yes, USB Host would be pretty. But I'd hate to have to hack my IT, fumble along with some sinister settings, bathing my hands in the digital guts. So it will be only official and out-of-the-box solutions for me.
And still I would eagerly shell out more money for an BT adapter than for any BT builtin peripheral, like keyboards etc. Imagine, if the keyboard breaks, just replace it with another 5$ standard keyboard, plugged into the adapter.

So, I'm then still looking for a standard desktopsize keyboard WITH bluetooth, don't need foldable magic for my home.

In that case there are several cheap ones on ebay (microsoft bluetooth keyboard), they're in the states though and shipping isn't cheap

I'm very happy with my new Microsoft Elite Keyboard for Bluetooth. Writing works good, cursors are a bit laggy, and I have still to find out how to use the function keys corresponding to the Hardware keyboard settings in the System Menue of the N800.

This is a great performance and comfort increase!
