Install QCPUFreq...

Or if You're using Power Kernel use:

EDIT: Afraid that only works on Linux desktop.

If you're using titans power kernel just type this code in xterm:
sudo gainroot 'enter'
kernel-config show 'enter'

To become root You can also just type "root"... Saves You a few keystokes...
