It was some issue on my n900 - it restart it self when i speak by ear-phone (not on speaker).
the cause was "Phone Speaker Switcher for Nokia N900" thas had all functions on "disabled". I think it was application permission issue.

Ofcourse, deinstalling the application was halpfull. maybe for you too...
