Last week I purchased Sygic Mobile Maps 10 for my N900 at a price of nearly €70 and did not get an email with a download link or my activation code.
I know the email address is using because I used the same address to sign up for an account on their website and I received the activation email for that just fine. I can now log into their site and view my invoice and everything, but still can't download the product.
I have emailed their support department about this, again last week, and have received no response.
Anyone else had any dealings with them. Are they always like this? Should I just phone up my credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback?
