sometimes ill put music in my .sounds folder, then tag it later but not before media player has found it. even after i update album art images (via tags) later, it still doesnt show album art for those tracks.

is there a simple manual refresh?

mussorgsky should be expanded so that you can search by a directory and then change the meta data for all files in that dir. its annoying to change the artist out of a list of 1039 music files all scattered over the place.

Album art indeed works nice... well as long as google pictures finds the right pictures. isnt there a database of album art? like shazam has a database of all music?

trackercfg or even better power search this forum with keywords:
tracker
Albumart
And read.

Try this script: tracker-reset.zip

Unzip it before (because i cant attach the plain file in this web)

Code:
sudo gainroot
chmod -x tracker-reset.sh
sh tracker-reset.sh
Reboot
