To cut to the chase, here's the URL:
http://blog.yllus.com/itt/
How It Works
The first page is a straight list of the forums. The links have been changed to point to a local page, though.
When you click on a forum category, the script grabs the 20 topics listed on the page and displays their titles to you. Clicking on a thread loads a parsed version of the Printable Version page, reformatted for better compatibility and readability with a mobile device browser.
There's an option to make the display font bigger or smaller on the index page - this setting takes effect for the duration of your browser session.
What I'd Like Feedback On
1. Does it work for you? (If it didn't, what kind of bug appeared?)
2. What device(s) did you test it upon?
3. Would you change anything?
To-Do List
- Add the ability to reply to threads. I already roughly know how to do this, now I just need to spend the time to test and implement.
- A link to new posts in a thread on the Category page.
- Register/get use of a better domain. I'm a little tight for funds or I'd put $9 towards ittforums.mobi. Long URLs and mobile devices don't mix!
Working Devices
- Nokia 770
