My screen doesn't get off automatically, the display options are correctly set and keyboard-slide sensor is working fine (checked with dmesg). Please suggest.

My device has PR1.3 and its autolock was functioning for some period.. Now its auto lock is not working,and would this be caused by any other application installation?? The keyboard-slide sensor is perfectly working too..

After some continuous reboots, Autolock function seems working on my device. But the probability it works is 50% of the reboots.

Could be one of the background tasks that's stopping it from autolocking every now and then.

Mine won't autolock when I'm running an animated wallpaper via "Live Wallpapers".

Same thing can happen on a Windows PC. I've had times when the screensavers just will not run because of a background task.
