Have the same issue (though it doesen't bother me) and a reflash does not help.....dunnow why

i could drag the page without lag. but it just stops upon pressure release which was not like that at all.
is it caused by some mod that i did previously? if so, i can't tell what it was that i did.
can someone pls help me out how to fix this? TIA
