I wanted to add it to [Brainstorm 2010] Garage and developer services, but as people don't check/read this for a long time, i decided to make it as a separate topic. So if needed can be merged.

As we know there are a lot of people all over the world at TMO, and not of them are devs, but most of them want to contribute to society, and as the minimum they(we) can do — translate apps in their own language. Yes some of devs have accounts at Transifex, but not always you can add yourself to the group and some of the groups are left for a long time. So i think it would be nice to integrate this option to garage, when u can see what apps have localizations and what apss need ones. So anyone can push the request to add the translation. As well it would be nicer if devs would do apps in the way it would be easier to do it, i mean using .po or other known formats for languages.

Any thoughts on that?
