ok followed those instructions and it's saying network error, connection timed out

Reset your wireless router first and then reboot your N900 and give it another go.

Not working, i'll try on the weekend when i have more time

Should i be able to find it on the N900? I can only find it in uninstall in app manager

ok i think thats is the /usr/lib/hildon-desktop/conversations-inbox-widget.so file!!!! but how can i patch. so thats whit my theme is compatible

If you go to the application manager and download ssh status switcher you can turn ssh on and off from the dash. It should be set to on by default but it might be worth a try?

When you have a menü app bsp: Wifi-Switcher!
you can not change the posion?!

You can xd
the file /etc/hildon-desktop/status-menu.plugins

you see the apps.. you can that.....

but how you can change ,,Wifi-Switcher!,,

go to: /usr/share/applications/hildon-status-menu

you will plug ,,wifi-switcher.desktop,,
Bsp:

[wifi-switcher.desktop]
X-Desktop-File=/usr/share/applications/hildon-status-menu/wifi-switcher.desktop
X-Status-Menu-Position=8

(8 or 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,....)

thats very very good for simple-brightness-applet.desktop, mode-selection-applet.desktop, etc
the apps dosen´t in the file status-menu.plugins its ****!!! but so better xd
