I am currently installing Nitdroid on my n900 which is overclocked 125-900 MHz. When I boot to Nitdroid will it run at a constant 900 MHz or will it run at a different speed?

it should run at 600mhz.

Unless you changed it; Nitdroid is slightly overclock to 700Mhz by default, I have tried 850, met with some instability, I have since back down to 700. I have seen posts running nitdroid at 1G and reported 'no problem'.
