i just made a backup and reflashed my device. now i want to put back all the apps from the backup, but i mentioned that the apps are all greyed out. after some search i found out that the repositories are not active. the only problem is that i backed up the whole system with the needed repos deactivated... now everytime i try to read the backup the repos are put back deactivated and the programs cannot be installed.

when you cancel the operation i get an error saying internal error app manager was closed...

this is some stupid bug in PR1.2!

so if im correct due to lach of good coding by nokia i cant possibily install the app list from my backup....

reboot does not help.

Can't you just restore the backup (but not install the apps yet), activate the repos and then select restore programs from application managers menu?

i did that but the back up deactivates them again. Results in greyed out apps. Its stupid anoying

Well there's your problem...!
You only run backup once, this will restore all the setting to the way they were. Job done, restoration complete.

Next, to install the greyed out apps run, the app manager, press the title bar, select the catalogues you need, press the title bar again, press restore apps and choose the ones to restore.

Hope this fixes the problem.
