Any somebody with build env compile the following for me.

http://bluesniff.shmoo.com/bluesniff-0.1.tar.gz

Or is there a version pre-compiled that will run on the N800

It need some Perl curses module and a bluetooth brute force nammed "@stake"

But it seems that this bruteforce isn't available since symantec buy it.

I guess it depends on what you want to accomplish. If you just want to detect bluetooth devices, you can do this from the xterm as root with the command:
hcitool scan

If you want to hook that up to a GPS and mapping software, that takes a bit more effort.
