I think he means that now we have the same qt version as the n8 where are all the apps in the ovi store. alls apps in there should be easily ported to the n900 if we are to believe nokia.
I just think no developer is interested in making qt apps in maemo.

It seems to me like nokia dont want to "official" support QT bindings for python in meego/maemo(not a world about pyside on meego site or on nokia developer sitenot support it official is the most stupid thing nokia can do if they.
