Just in case this is not old news to some N800 owners, you can use the bluetooth keyboard marketed by DELL for their Axxim PDA, pn is XTBT01.

It? really a rebadge ThinkOutside Stowaway foldable keyboard that is quite compact. Pairing was a breeze with the pdf instructions I found on the DELL site.

Once paired, I could type just fine. Since it´s not a full keyboard, you have to use the blue fn keys for numbers and the green fn keys for symbols and characters.

Best part is that it?´$49.99 on the dell site. I got mine from ebay but you get the idea.

what about that MSI BK100? it looks quite familiar, maybe is rebaged too

Can't find that one on the Dell site (US or Canada) anymore. Now they have the XTBTUE for $96.

The specifications say "SPP" Profile rather than "HID", which I take to mean it would require a separate software driver to operate correctly.

Hey i just found this keyboard and i wonder if the only think that matters is the HID service of the keyboard in order to link it to n800.

I got my iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim today ($29 on Amazon!). It works (Im running OS 2007 on N800).

Pairing procedure:
1. Go into menu: Tools -> Control Panel
2. Tap on Bluetooth
3. If Bluetooth is off, tap "Bluetooth on" checkbox
4. Now tap "Devices"
5. On the Stowaway keyboard, hold down CTRL LEFT-FN RIGHT-FN until you see the green LED above the "T" key flashing once per second.
6. On the Nokia, Click "New" and wait a few seconds while it finds and identifies your keyboard (comes up as "Think Outside Keyboard").
7. Tap on the entry for the keyboard, you will see a dialog box showing a four digit code.
8. Tap OK on the Nokia and on the keyboard type the four digit code and press Return.
9. The pairing should complete after a few seconds.


And for the record, I can also verify that the procedure is similar for the Apple (aluminum) wireless bluetooth keyboards (which is suprisingly compact but not foldable of course) - except you dont need to mess with CTRL LEFT-FN RIGHT-FN. The Apple keyboard is beautiful.
