whats the difference between all this and downloading from the PSFreedom website, more specifically the n8x0 page??

ya. i use this and WereCatf PL3 bin. finally can play some 3.42 game.

its not hard..

first, you need to follow this guide

and make sure psfreedom is running ok

then, follow this guide.

command should be like this

# Make sure you have the 'rootsh' package installed from the Application Manager. If you don't have it, then install it.
# Open the X-Terminal application
# In the terminal, type 'root'
# type 'wget http://psfreedom.com/w/images/8/80/P...8x0-1.1.tar.gz'
# type 'tar -xzvf psfreedom-n8x0-1.1.tar.gz'
# type 'chmod +x n900-n8x0/psfreedom*.sh'
# type './n900-n8x0/psfreedom-enable-maemo.sh' to enable PSFreedom.

after these step, you will have psfreedom running. Then you need to get the lastest PL3 payload.

wget http://alephzain.klutsh.com/default_payload_3_41.bin
cat default_payload_3_41.bin > /proc/psfreedom/payload

After this two command, you have load the lastest payload into psfreedom and you are ready to JB ur ps3

anyone able to get hermers payload on n800 ??

i read a thread in other forum, someone has post a hermes payload for psfreedom.
