hi guys, after a block of my n900 (I was surfing on internet and talking in a call, when I finished call display becomes black, device was on but unlock screen buttons didn't work, I wasn't able to turn off the device by long press on/off button, I had to remove battery!!). After reboot my CPU doesn't go under 500 mhz and mem red stripe is higher than before the block (by conky).
Also I've a strange problem with sygic navigator and gps, and although I'm not sure 100% it depends from the block, I suppose it!
So I suppose my rootfs is dirty but I don't want to reflash it! I'd like to clean it but I know this partition is ubifs and I don't know if exist a tool like fsck to clean it.
I cleaned Mydocs partition but problem remains...so, how can I clean rootfs/ubifs and also eventually /opt?
I hope there is a solution, I don't like to think that is impossible and I've to reflash everytime happens similar situations...

You can fsck the opt partition with the latest backupmenu which exposes it as mass storage to another computer connected with usb (option w). I don't think you can fsck rootfs.

@maintainer:
Please, merge this my thread with thread "How to check partitions (fsck)"
they are similar!
It's my fault, sorry. I always check threads before create new but this time I mistaken.
