I'm having trouble with step 9 with the editing of the boot file. When i type "leafpad /etc/multiboot.d/11" it just brings up a blank text document and there's nothing inside.

I tried looking for the file in file in leafpad itself but cant find it. Does this mean its missing?

type in xterm:
Code:
leafpad /etc/multiboot.d/11 (then click the TAB button on the screen)

I tied the above but it still brings up nothing. I used filebox and looked in /home/and/etc to see if there is a file called multiboot.d but i cant see anything. Is there suppose to be a file called that in the /etc folder?

Ok never mind I got it to work. The only think is it looks a lot different then the one posted in the tutorial.

It says:
ITEM_NAME="NITdroid 2.6.28.NIT.05 on mmcblk1p2"
ITEM_KERNEL=2.6.28.NIT.05
ITEM_MODULES=ext3
ITEM_DEVICE=${INT_CARD}p2
ITEM_FSTYPE=ext3
ITEM_FSOPTIONS=rw,noatime,errors=remount-ro

What should I do? Should I keep it that way?

I follow the first instructions but I always get the following:

reading package lists... done
building dependency tree
reading state information... done
you might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
the following packages have unmet dependencies
libwrt-apil: depends libwrt1 (=1.1.0) but it is not going to be installed
nitdoid-installer: depends: multiboot (>=0.0.10( but it is not going to be installed
depends: multiboot-kernel-maemo (>=0.3) but it is not going to be installed
depends: wget but it is not going to be installed
depends: bzip2 but it is not going to be installed
qtwrt: depends: wrt (= 1.1.0) but it is not going to be installed
depends :wrt-api (= 1.1.0) but it is not going to be installed
E= unmet dependencies. try 'at-get -f installl' with no packages (or specify a solution).

Someone has tried to boot Nitdroid without multiboot ?

I think that it is possible to boot Nitdroid with kexec or u-boot if we knew the correct bootargs which is needed by kernel
