Yeah, rtcomm is pretty cool, but unfortunately it doesn't work well with Asterisk PBX. gayness. I wish they would fix that.

What problems do you have with Asterisk?
For the most part it seems to work ok with my Asterisk server, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get any kind of DTMF working, unless you set the mode to inband and play tones through the mic or something.
