Unable to update bt-hid-scripts
conflict with application packages: Patched x.org mouse driver

I`m trying to update to 0.13-3 version

You need to uninstall that patched x.org mouse driver; it is the one with the kinetic scrolling bug. Maybe uninstall that and the bt scripts. Your device will reboot. Then install the new bt scripts, and all will be good.

This is great! I've tested this with all the following bluetooth devices connected simultaneously (also have extkbd installed):

Dell Bluetooth Full-Size Keyboard
Dell Bluetooth Travel Mouse
Logitech V470 Bluetooth Laser Mouse
Think Outside Bluetooth Stowaway Keyboard

Looks to me like these aren't bluetooth devices. Description says 2.4GHz DSSS so I think not because Bluetooth uses FHSS.

What happens if you use a bluetooth mouse with windows 95 running under dosbox? Does it solve the "crazy mouse" problem?

Rii Mini dont use bluetooth it uses a dongle to be use dont trust the false ads you see (Theres no BT version of this kb)

trust me i bought one that says its BT but it isnt (just use it once and now its in the drawer)
my logitech dinovo mini is much easier to use than this...

I don't know with Windows 95 but I can tell you that it works perfect with Windows 3.11 under dosbox. I was playing MS Hearts on it for a long time with a bluetooth mouse and found no issues.

Did you get it from eBay? The one on Amazon says version 2 with Bluetooth. Also, it's quite expensive so why don't you return it for a refund, perhaps you were sent the wrong version. See here, v2 has a bluetooth connect button on the top left:
