He saying that he wants a phone with no buttons mean he have never seen N900? How did you come to that conclusion?
I honestly do find it funny how him working for Microsoft for under 2 years makes him Ballmer himself.He has worked in a higher position and longer for example Adobe and Macromedia.

From memory the interviewer pulled out an N8 and Elop told him it had one too many buttons and in his view it should have no buttons. he didn't respond with "no, it should be like the N900" which other posters on this forum suggested that meant he had never even seen an N900.
Like wise it was Elop who referred to the WM7 OS being what he saw has the future, which has nothing to do with his time at MS, unless he designed the OS whilst he was with them!!!
