Is there a way to changee default app for file type?
Thing I want to do is make aaa.install file to be installed using fast app manager not default app manager

There is. I tried that already but it seems that fapman has no import function. When I click a deb or install file fapman opens but then nothing happensl.

Have a look at /usr/share/applications/defaults.list and mimeinfo.cache and change hildon-hildon-application-manager.desktop to fapman.desktop

I tried to add flv instant opening with mediaplayer by adding
Code:
video/x-flv=hildon-mediaplayer.desktop
in the
Code:
# Media player supported mime types
section and that worked just fine, so I guess its a missing feature in fapman we are facing here. There are also no supported filetypes listed in the fapman.desktop file under /usr/share/applications/hildon wihich hildon-apllication-manager.desktop has instead.
