Does anyone know of way I can search the system for the folder. The system tells me I have it but I don't see it. Also, whenever I install a new program now I can't use or see them unless the system asks me before finishing the install if I want to put the program in a differtent folder. Otherwise, the system just defaults them to the Extras folder. Why is that? and can it be changed?

"Extras" is not a true folder, it's a category in the tablet's Hildon menu scheme. If you bring up the control panel and then click on Navigation, you'll be able to create new "folders," and do reorgs on your system's menu structure.

Extras is the chosen dumping ground for new apps unless the developer has specified a category (i.e. Games) for the app to live in.

Also, if there's nothing in Extras, then it won't show up in the menus.
