The chart i posted is for New York Stock Exchange. I think the link you posted is for the Borsa Italiana.

Explain please, why anyone would use Qt with commercial license when there is LGPL available?

Oh, ok, for WP-platform where OSS-license is forbidden.

Then, wait...why Nokia sold it? It doesn't believe itself either WP-ecosystem will ever be something?

The did not sell it. They just made a deal with Digia to run their licensing side of the business. Nokia still owns the Qt copy rights and trademarks. Also, remember that Qt is used on the desktop as well. Some companies may want the commercial license of Qt for that.

Even if Microsoft allowed you to use C++ (Managed code only, AFAIK) on WP7, they certainly do not allow the use of another toolkit other than their own

Near as I can tell at this rate, the Android platform would be what might make Qt come alive, more than anything else. Good luck, Qt. Oh the lost opportunities Nokia represents these days. Ugh.

Some companies have modifications to the Qt libraries that for some reason don't want to share. It is also a case that Qt is used in a fully proprietary product, and paying the commercial license saves you from learning about the LGPL licensing implications, setup the availability of sources, etc. In other cases the commercial agreement comes with a support package that was just convenient to sign or renew.
