I used to send alot of tunes to my mates pretty quickly. Now i send a song it can take hours, dunno why this is happening, maybe i have installed something conflicting with it, not to sure. Please help

Sorry no, but if it makes you feel better, I'd trade you for my completely non-working bluetooth/wifi.

The usual speed for bluetooth 2.1 transfers is around 2.1MBit/S this translates to around 256KB/s max. Are you achieving 256K transfers?

9000 i typed it in and loads of stuff comes up, is that all the stuff i have installed? how do i get it from my phone onto here? Cheers

You can try this command:
maemo-list-user-packages | sort -k 3 >list.txt, then you can copy and paste it.

As towhatend said. Also, put the file under MyDocs such that you can transfer it while plugging your N900 to PC with USB:

maemo-list-user-packages | sort -k 3 > /home/user/Mydocs/list.txt
If you've problem typing | or >, you may open this link with browser under N900, copy and paste the line to your xterminal.

Sorry im abit dumb, but i loaded up this page on my phone, how to i highlight the command on my phone browser, when i go to highlight it, it just moves the screen, do i have to hold a button? Cheers

When you drag the stylus from outside the lower right edge of the browser to inside, you'd eventually see an arrow icon, click on it your pointer will be changed from dragging mode to selection mode, then you can highlight the text and use ctrl-c for copying and ctrl-v for pasting just like in PC.
