I am a terrible speller, and I could really use some kind of spell check application. I think it is kind of pathetic that the N900 is the only smart phone out there without a spell check. I don't really think it would be too difficult...

there is a greasemonkey add-on which has the option but its for the browser only!!

I just installed that... I don't see any spell check on any pages and Facebook is not loading anymore???

I tried it, no success - did not load pages - any help? I have Ad-Block installed. Could that be an issue?

Uninstalled AdBlock and still nothing...

I agree. I started a Brainstorm item a while back, I don't see much happening there but Aspell was suggested as an option to port over.

The workarounds I am using are:

  1. OpenOffice (little bit slow)
  2. Google Docs
  3. Firefox Web browser

None of these are ideal solutions. I feel your pain.
