but yeah can anyone share the link to the .deb file of the latest version of hildon-desktop ?

The latest hildon-desktop is included with CSSU (and is in the CSSU repository). This doesn't (yet) have all of the features of the different modified versions, but does have quite a few. Hopefully the rest will be coming in a future release.

Im also getting some error for apt -f install
it tells me theres problem with the qt4-homescreen loader
what should i do as widgets use it any update for that software??

That depends on what the problem it reports is. If you post the actual text of the reported problem then perhaps someone can help.
