SIB is a frontend for mplayer witch is a command line player.

actually, a few of them are given within the sib....
use arrow keys to forward and backward.... and pressing 'p' pauses the video..
the volume keys on the phone works within sib... try them out...
u can get a detailed list of all keys for mplayer if u google it (just like guitar guru said...)
