i'm not sure if it has been mentioned or not, but the RSS feed reader on the N810 seems to crash every time that I try to open it. I seem to recall the other tablets having similar problems if they got a corrupted feed, but I can't even keep the reader open long enough to delete any feeds.

As for disclosure, I didn't import any old feeds from my N800, and only had about four or five feeds on the N810 to start with.

Any help would be appreciated. I searched the forums last night, but didn't see anything that appeared related. Thanks.

in XTerm:
Code:
 cd; rm .osso_rss_feed_reader/cache/*/*

Thanks Armin. That took care of it...now, what did I actually do? I hate the idea that I fixed a problem but don't know how or why. <insert rueful grin here>

Look, having to reset my RSS Feed Reader in this manner once a day is a little bit ridiculous. Any ideas why this happens? I can't be the only one...

The 'rm' command deletes files; what you did is delete the RSS Reader's cache, which becomes corrupted. This is most likely due to a feed with an entry it can't understand or otherwise confuses it; you'll have to figure out which feed is causing the problem and drop it, at least temporarily.

If we turn image cache to 'off', think it will work?
