The new kernel is fully compatible with modules from the previous kernel-plus-nat version (http://www.swagman.org/juice/kernel-...9-plus_nat.tar) so if you've already got that there's no need to download new modules. Just upload the kernel to your ubiboot config (or flash it in case you are not using ubiboot)
I am running that now on my device, and it works correctly.
However, I have not tested mounting ExFAT partitions so be my guest and please test that functionality

Distributing this kernel, just might be an issue, legalky.

Actually that never crossed my mind, as I pulled the patch from a public repo... no idea it might be under licensing.
Just now as I checked it, it is not included in the latest mainline kernel. Maybe for licensing reasons?
Now I'm not a legal expert so I cannot say if just building a kernel with ExFAT is considered as distributing it? And is it somehow more condemned than makeing the patch publically available...?

I could try backporting it to plus kernel but it's possible there are dependencies that cannot be resolved without patching the whole netfilter subsystem
