My windows animation is not so smooth when i turn that swappolube VFS to 10 and if i use trackerd with powersaving and throttle to 10.. I do not use that transition control..
If these the swapp and the trackerd is off my phone run like a silk and if i turn fast animation on in the theme customizer my phone windows will fly

eefo buddy yeah i'm using tansition control and CSSU tuner i will post some screenshots so you can see my values.
in transition control i only changed the 25 values to 10 never changed the others but after reading what you have put i will change them all to ten cept blink.
