does removing search app also removes the search option (scroll down when in top of list) in contacts/messages/email?

If you mean about tweak J - no, it's remove only the icon.
If you mean about tweak QQ - I don't know, don't tried..

Yeah I meant QQ, OK will try on other phone and let the users know.

Search function remains available in the native apps.
Only search app is gone so good news

I install 6.3 (before I had 6.2). When i write the password it says /opt/N9QTweak/N9QT: line 1: #!/bin/ash: not found and after that I have the menu.

Why ?

With 6.2 I didn't have any issue
