Short of having a Tab in my hand to sit down and compare but I am fascinated by the series of comparison photos here with the Streak.
http://www.streaksmart.com/2010/11/d...-tab.html#more
Bearing in mind that the Streak fits comfortably in my pockets including shirt pocket and especially rear jeans pocket when walking, I am intrigued by the viewable information on the two screens.
Android Market Apps in both landscape and portrait mode: There is more information on the Streak, the Tab is just bigger and more spaced out.
Webpage landscape more: the Tab displays 3 more lines. At least if i squint at the enlarged image that how I count it - happy to be corrected though.
I shall be very interested to read Jenn’s more detailed comparisons in due course but so far the Streak doesn’t seem to suffer much disadvantage in use and has a huge advantage in portability.
Self evidently I would expect photos and videos to be much better on the Tab.

Doubt the dell streak will get gingerbread let alone honeycomb.
I would love to see a diminutive (and stylish) sling/sash bag that could hold the Tab and little else!

It seems that Mark Shuttle worth just dropped a bomb on his blog regarding Linero, Ubuntu and Android:
This means very interesting things for the future and will make it possible for apps to function across OSs! Win-win-win.
