Why meta? Because "with a phone added on" is a phrase tacked on to the central concept ("pocket computer") which adds some value to the sentence, but not a great deal...

(... by the way, I had to do some research on that term. Trust Microsoft to take a word like "Provisioning" and twist its meaning to the point where it almost means the opposite of its original meaning...)

And yes true what you expect its Microsoft after all They are also talking about a "Operating" System, which I never really saw operating. Error Message, this is a error message about......... we do not know but oh well its a error (Ok until WIN 7)

I believe the term should be apologist. An apologiser (apologizer) is someone who says they're sorry. And I'm not sorry for Nokia.
