im struggling trying to get 3g internet working

how would i set up vodafone uk contract internet up?

Same as above, but I'll try my carriers APN in a minute.

Uhm, is there a fix for the keyboard? I installed the fix on the front page but I still can't write periods, Æ, Ø or Å. Language is set to Norwegian.

OK, i f*cked up totally!!
My N900 only starts and it turns off. i can not connect to it by USB.
Is there anything i can do to fix it back to normal Maemo style?

Another thing - the DPI is rather high. Any chance of you guys decreasing that to normal settings?

GPRS/3G Internet work fine for me on a Vodafone contract.

I trust you have created a APN settings for Vodafone UK

for me on vodafone uk i just put in ame vodafone UK and apn wap.vodafone.couk and saved it i changed none of the other settings and can get online via data connection no probs

I actually use wifi only, I'm a complete noob regarding phonecalls, sim cards, wap, 3g, gprs, apns, oh and btw what is an apn?
