You can also change the system-wide fonts by re-naming the font file (four times) to

nosnb.ttf
nosnr.ttf
nosns.ttf
nscnr.ttf

Then overwrite the existing nokia font in
usr/share/fonts/nokia

i changed some stuff in my homescreens, and now i have 5 homescreens, not 6, and i changed a bit the backgrounds (notice the numbers at the top right ), if someone wants the background set, just post it here, and i'll post them back, enjoy .

hey qosmio, i hav seen wat u hav done wid ur screen its really awsome, only one word to describe how neat it looks ... hw can i do it.i too wanna do it...can u post me how u did it. in my mails or anywhere...frm the beg i too wanna hav tht.u hav inviiable the status pane also... grt goin buddy pls help me too n let me knw hw u did it....
