Not a great video but I uploaded what I am doing to youtube.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhtF4roZTXA

Podcast is halfway through, exit canola and re-enter, select the same podcast and it starts from the beginning.

Ok, canola.db sent.

1) I haven't installed mplayer.
2) Occurs with all podcast feeds.

I don't mean to sidetrack this discussion/troubleshooting, but...

Is my current position within a video stored on my N800 supposed to be saved when I exit Canola, and restored when I use Canola to finish watching the video?

I've set up my mythtv installation at home to transcode some of my recordings and move them to SDHC media, so I can take 'em on the go with me. If I have to stop viewing for awhile (such as, work intervenes, or something), whether I exit Canola or not I have to start watching from the beginning again. If this needs to be a "feature request", just point me to the correct place...

...and, sorry to interrupt the troubleshooting, already in progress. we now return you to your regularly scheduled bug hunting exchange...

I don't doubt that you would. You're good folks. However, since I've run cleanup and reinstalled Canola, I've had no freezes.

I think I just managed to get a corrupt installation the first time.
