Guys, I am trying to install the nitdroid-installer, step #3 from the 1st post. I keep getting error messages that I have unmet dependencies which could not be fixed. Can someone assist me to get past this point. I followed the instructions and did everything rite up to #3. How do I fix these dependencies...

Thanks

What part of Step 3 are you struggling with? Have you tried these?

apt-get clean
apt-get autoclean
apt-get update
apt-get install nitdroid-installer

Give those commands a go (enter after each one, and make sure you are connected to the internet!!!)

I THINK this is related to Low Battery, try turning the phone off, plugging in the charger and leaving it to charge!

Be careful though, NITDroid can be deceiving when it comes to shutting down! Yank the battery out to make sure its off, put it back in and leave it to charge for a while and start it back up!

This isn't an official fix its just what happened here and it seemed to do the trick! So again no raping please

Hope this helps!

it's already install by default, you just need to load it up

when you are on the home screen, use the lock button (the one next the headphone socket) click add, widgets and it should there

and then put bzip2 -d gingerbread_update 2.tar.bz2
