I just posted that at the phoronix forums. It's the score for firefox 21 on linux. That's why he is saying that he expects that.

I'd say go with the figures you get for the RIM Z10 running BBX.
SailfishOS should be about as powerful (could be less, we don't quite know) and the hardware (SoC) I suspect would be equals.

Z10 scores bewtween 410 - 485.
Jolla fone should score between 380 - 480, I think.

Where you saw that?
I'd like to that know too. That certainly contradicts the test I ran against the Sailfish browser:

z10 is ugly with that long bezel

Here's what I think Jolla should be:

-5.2 inch phone (c'mon everyone here wants it)
-720p IPS with capacitive screen
-Bezelless, no front buttons like N9
-9mm thickness (or thinner)
-Rectangle with rounded corners (like the aPhone)
-1.5GHz S4 Dualcore, 2GB RAM, 16GB NAND
-microSD, microUSB, usual gadgetry
-dual front loudspeakers and dual mics
-notifications light and a KICKSTAND
-8MP lackluster camera/led but VERY high-quality 2MP front cam
-A unibody phone with a bottom flap to insert the SIM card, microSD card and removable battery (2,000mAh)

....something that's a mid-class device but unique because it makes simple decisions that are better for the user in terms of (OS, ergonomics, styling etc)

PS No hardware keyboard. Don't need it when you've got a keyboard like Kii keyboard (a blend of Swype and SwiftKey).

But I think an attachable, hardware keyboard would be good addition for people who want to code, or like to chat with haptics. Should just clamp via USB so it doesn't drain battery and perhaps have its own battery to charge the phone in the meantime.
