No matter how badly everyone here wants to see the N900 ship there are a bunch of folks at Nokia that want it even more. As for a lawsuit IMO there's really not too much there. The release date was tempered with the usual disclaimers [on their website et al] so no real promise was made and AFAIK no direct preorder charges have been placed. Again, I'm sure you were kidding and its to the benefit of others. Suspect there are a few JDs here that would have a more enlighten thought on this.
