when trying to select an audio book, there is a label FMRadio on top, what does that supposed to mean?!
And, i think i saw in earlier version of nQa, there was an FM transmitter button, right?

To play audio while the device is silent we needed to implement a dirty ugly hack by calling nqa "FMRadio". I guess I need to look into what affects that has and try to clean those up to reduce confusion.

I am unaware of nqa having a UI for the FMTransmitter.

I have been using this daily for almost a month now and I enjoy using this audio-book reader. It just works, it detects all my audio books without a problem and saves at the correct spot when I turn it off. What more could I ask for?

Thanks for this app!

Tested it out last night with the N900 in silent mode whilst listening to 'The Practice of the Presence of God' with the sleep timer set to 20 mins and it worked brilliantly.

Well done epage for all of your hard work

What a boring, ordinary, ho-hum, mediocre and generic audiobook player this is. *lol*

But whatever, it works great! Thanks Ed!

I've got a 914 meg audio bible and it's running through it all just fine.

I have always wanted to read King James the whole way through, and with this nifty little app, it should only take about 70 hours to do so.

Only request, allow custom font and size of font for chapters.

Only bug, in the task navigator bar, the icon is showing a white square.

I haven't seen someone post a picture of this for Diablo, so here's one for viewing.

After installing the latest version of Panucci, I cannot open nqaap. This is a real shame as I use it all the time! Does anyone know what could be wrong? I have tried launching nqaap from the terminal, but haven't made it yet. What is the name of nqaap when launching it from the x-terminal?

That's disappointing to hear

Code:
/opt/Nqa-Audiobook-player/nqaap.py
Hopefully you see something that I can fix quickly.

Here is what I get when typing that in x-terminal (some letters seems to be lost, but I'm typing EXACTLY as it says in x-terminal):

Traceback (most recent call last) :

nqaap_gtk.run ()
File "/opt/Nqa-Audiobook-player/nqaap_gtk.py", line 27, in run
gui.load_settings ()

File "/opt/Nqa-Audiobook-player/Player.py", line 55, in load_books_path
self.set_book(bookPath)
File "/opt/Nqa-Audiobook-player/Player.py", line 89, in se_book
chapter_title = self.audiobook.chapters[self.audiobook.chapters.crrent_chapter]
IndexError : list index out of range

The command I typed, is that the equivilent to just typing "Panucci" in x-terminal to launch Panucci? Or did I ask for some kind of log? I'm really new to linux (and terminals!).
