If you have MAC based filtering on, which I doubt you do, then you need to turn it off.
Thanks for your help...

Don't think I have MAC filtering on...fyi, wifi worked for me in the previous build...

I do notice problem in Settings, Airplane mode got selected, disabling connections...when I try to deselect this mode ie, click on checkbox to get rid of the green checkmark, nothing happens, can't seem t get out of this mode....

Any sugestions?

Any luck with step 5?
Entered: umount /dev/mmcblk1p1 //Error received "unmount:cannot unmount /dev/mmcblk1p1: invalid argument.

I ignored error and entered next code:
mkfs.vfat /dev/mmcblk1p1 -n sdcard //Error received "mkfs.vfat: unable to open /dev/mmcblk1p1

Anyone, please advise. Thanks.

you disable this via your router's config webpage (usually 192.168.x.x), it has nothing to do with your n900.

umount /dev/mmcblk1 (without p1 at the end) beacause mmcblk1p1 is the dos partition, mmcblk1p2 is the ext3 partition and mmcblk1 is the sd card (you can't unmount a partition!) lol
