HtheB, before being able to commit to a yes or no regarding the device, I will have to wait until we have a definitive idea of how it'll be sent, total price of device and shipping and the arrangements for the payment.

frullewulle, that's the same one with 85.9% feedback.

AFAIK Paypal is not authorised to operate in India, but PaisaPay is owned by eBay as well and should accept Paypal transfers. Still, 85% feedback looks rather poor and I'd rather trust HtheB.

Oh, then I read it all wrong. I thought it is an official sell on eBay. So yes, I trust HtheB.

In India PayPal can be legally used to receive money with ease, but not so easily to send. The reason I say not easy to send is because most normal debit/credit cards require two stage authentication here which is not supported by PayPal's gateway.

I tried my EU CC both in Debit and Credit card mode. Neither worked.

I tried to order one with my VISA card. I had to use PaisaPay and to send a scan of my credit card to eBay by email...

I have to wait PaisaPay confirmation.

If you look through the complaints and negative feedback of that ebay seller one gets the impression that most are rooted in the customers not reading the description thoroughly.
Lowpriceshoppee offers used and even shop-demo phones for very cheap and most negative feedback is from people expecting the devices to be new...
Also many complain about weak spare batterys, allegedly sold as originals.
In defense of the complainers, maybe those discriptions where indeed faulty, but buying an aquafish should be save.

If you only consider shipping complains, the seller would at least have ~95% from my estimate.
