First of all, thanks for this great application. Even if it might not work forever i appreciate every minute it does.

I recently read a news that whatsapp is going to encrypt messages by default and is starting to roll out that changes to the clients.
And just today i read another news that the encryption is not very secure by design.
Here is the article i read. Also check out the further links here and here with some code samples.

Well, maybe you know that stuff already but in case not it could probably help, who knows.

There is a bug since early releases, yappari crashes if there emoji smiles I can no longer open yappari unless I remove logs containing these smiles even txtpad or leafpad cannot open logs when converted to a text using sqlite3 command
That's very weird, we all receive smileys all the time and Yappari doesn't crash because of that.

i agree with you that you should unite with them, at least share your code with them and they share their code and you can benefit from each other and this will cut down development time dramatically.

yes yappari shows the smiles for me but there is a kind of smiles which my brother use on his blackberry , yappari cannot show them it crashes I will give you more info later

If you're already registered and chatting successfully with a previous version of Yappari don't be afraid to register again if the newest version ask you to. It'll work.

NEW registrations won't work though.

yes I've successfully chat from the previous version
Did I try to log in again but allways says to many registration attempts. Please try later
