Let us face the facts:
- The N810 hardware (for some time) and software (since friday) seem to be ready.
- Friday was the European launch of the iPhone, obviously not a good date to release another device.

So the release is only a matter of marketing and distribution!

We'll have OS2009 before we beat even the longest thread on ITT - there's an mplayer thread with 527 replies and a staggering 84,727 views.

My main must-have app is FBReader and I was happy to learn they have the app ready for chinook, so I'm mostly good-to-go

It's the SDK, not the image.

The latest update to the Wayfinder site says...

This premium service brought to you in cooperation with Nokia is expected to be available in December.
I thought it originally said something like October 27

I hope this is not an indicator of Nokia's plans

Alright, there's not much to look at here, but we get the idea. Curtains, a countdown timer, "Nokia Nseries" logo at the top -- can only mean one thing, right? We're less than three days away from some sort of announcement from Nokia's smartphone group here, and with the groundswell of N82 buzz the past few days, we'd say the odds of an official N82 launch going down here lie somewhere between "high" and "very high." Stay tuned, folks.

Everyone I've talked to that would know say that we're probably going to see the N810 released this week or next and IT2008 released for N800 the week after.
