It's not *exactly* the same as the old one.

If this works.. then we'll have a "Low-quality" preset, and a "High-quality" preset that can be used.

Hey, hi to all, im trying the mix fatalsaint's preset + handbrake 0.9.4 in win7 32bits and the quality of output video is nearly like the quality of show's torrents uploaded in eztv.it (i use a big bang theory episode as original video) or any of that, is really good quality, no HD but its cool, but i have some question cuz im trying to add a subtitle to the output video but it doesnt add, and handbrake has that option.... i dunno how i can get video + subs into the output video, if someone know plz let me know how to get right i appreciate a lot.

When I use tablet-encode with the 'n900' preset to encode a full-length movie on a DVD, how big will the resulting file be? About 2GB?

Well.. just using that Kathy said her 1 hour DVD was 2GB with that preset.. and you're average movie is going to be 1.5-2 hours.. I'm thinking you're going to be *around* 1.8-3.5GB.

That's going to depend heavily on what type of movie, how many fast moving scenes, what bitrate the quality slider determines is the best for every scene.. etc. I think Kathy's were a bit big because she's using older, grainy, videos that normally encode larger (IIRC) than newer true-DVD quality films.

The error is in spanish but its the same in english version of win

Hrm.. the last time that was due to the Fast Two Pass encoding option turned on... I removed that line from this... hrm.

The second file worked! No error and his name is " MY mpeg-4 mobile (imported) " i cant test it now cuz im haave to get out with gf so when i came back i will test it if no one has tested already ok

Oh, Awesome, ok.

Check one thing for me... Under the "Video" tab of the Handbrake when you select the preset - Do you see the bitrate option selected, and "600" in the text field?
