from what i can gather titans kernel, will reset after a phone call, back to 600 mhz, (so will need to be re-enabled after callls) it will also be maxed out on the mhz while in a call.
lethos kernel doesn't do this.
well, this is how i understand it, obviously there is an awful lot of infos in this thread and hard to get head round some of it! ;0)

Here's a hack to make it not go back to 600 MHz after a call has finished:
Edit /usr/share/policy/rules/current/policy.dresc and change "scaling_min_frequency" to "scaling_mIn_frequency" and "scaling_max_frequency" to "scaling_mAx_frequency". As this file does not have any publicly released sources available, **** if I know if there's a better way.

I am using Titan's kernel, and got reset to 600 mhz as mentioned above. Titan suggested a work around for it. Here is a question for Titan. Do you plan to come up with a solution soon? Please do it! Thanks.
